DEPOSITS

All services require a $22 security deposit upon booking (Non-refundable) $20 goes towards your service and $2 is a processing fee. Remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.

CONFIRMATION

An automatic reminder text & email is sent the day before your appointment.You must text (586)209-0028 to confirm within 24 hours

CANCELS+ RESCHEDULE

  • Rescheduling can only be done ONE time with the same deposit. You have up to 24 hrs before your appointment time to reschedule or cancel. This is done through your confirmation email.
  • Anything after 24hrs your deposit will be forfeited and you must rebook online.
  • No call, no shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS

WE ASK THAT YOU

  • Come to your appointment with clean lashes absolutely no makeup
  • I do not go over others work. You must book a removal and a full set.
  • Please schedule your fills 2-3 weeks after your full set. Anything after 3 weeks will be considered a new set.
  • I prefer the remaining balance to be paid with Cash or Zelle, but I do accept cards for an additional fee.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done, it will be addressed with a complimentary touch up. Please be advised any concerns expressed after 48 hours of your last appointment, or if failure to follow the proper aftercare instructions will result in usual service price.

Le’ Pure Beauty believes in lash health and professional lash work! Every set is customized to each client eye shape.
I will not put anything on the natural lash that is damaging or doesn’t compliment the eye. However I will make sure to deliver the lash set you desire with proper care and integrity. 🩶
